NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Interlocken Consolidated Metropolitan District (the “District”) will be held on Friday November 14, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Colorado time, at the offices of Urban Frontier, located at 1515 Market Street, Suite 200, Denver, Colorado 80202, which is located within twenty (20) miles of the District’s boundaries, to discuss the acquisition of a new parcel of land.  Members of the Board of Directors and the public may attend the special meeting by telephone as follows:  Dial-in No.:  720-386-9023; Conference Code:  597982.
