NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE ADOPTION OF THE PROPOSED 2026 BUDGET
AND APPROPRIATION OF MONIES FOR 2026
AND
NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 29-1-106, Colorado Revised Statutes, that the board of directors (the “Board”) of the Interlocken Consolidated Metropolitan District (the “District”) will hold a hearing on the adoption of the proposed 2026 budget and corresponding appropriations on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The hearing will be held by telephone and may be attended by members of the Board of Directors and the public as follows: Dial-in: 720-386-9023 Conference Code: 597982.
The proposed 2026 budget and appropriations are available for inspection by the public at (i) the District’s office located at 8400 E Prentice Avenue, Suite 1115, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, and (ii) the District’s accountant’s office located at 5791 W. 80th Circle, Arvada, Colorado 80003. Any interested elector of the District may file or register any objections to the proposed amendment to the 2026 budget and corresponding appropriations at any time prior to final adoption by the Board. Objections may be filed, in writing, with Shea Sanchez, District Representative, 5791 W. 80th Circle, Arvada, Colorado 80003, phone number: (720) 479-0058.
NOTICE is further given pursuant to Section 32-1-903, Colorado Revised Statutes, that immediately following the conclusion of the aforementioned hearing, the Board will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at approximately 11:15 a.m., also by telephone as follows: Dial-in: 720-386-9023 Conference Code: 597982. The meeting of the Board will be open to the public, and any members of the public may dial into the meeting using the conference call information above. At this meeting, the Board will consider adoption of the 2026 budget, certification of the District’s mill levy, appropriation of monies FY 2026, and such other matters that may come before the Board.
