Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 29-1-106, Colorado Revised Statutes, that the board of directors (the “Board”) of the Interlocken Consolidated Metropolitan District (the “District”) will hold a hearing on the adoption of the proposed 2024 budget and corresponding appropriations on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of Urban Frontier, which are located within twenty (20) miles of the District’s boundaries. The offices of Urban Frontier are located at 1515 Market Street, Suite 200, Denver, Colorado 80202. Members of the Board of Directors and the public may attend the special meeting by telephone as follows: Dial-in: 720-386- 9023; Conference Code: 597982.
The proposed 2024 budget and appropriations are available for inspection by the public at (i) the District’s office located at 10375 Park Meadows Dr., Suite 260, Lone Tree, Colorado 80124; and (ii) the District’s accountant’s office located at 5791 W. 80th Circle, Arvada, Colorado 80003. Any interested elector of the District may file or register any objections to the proposed 2024 budget and corresponding appropriations at any time prior to final adoption by the Board. Notice is further given pursuant to Section 32-1-903, Colorado Revised Statutes, that immediately following the conclusion of the aforementioned hearing, the Board will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at or around 11:15 a.m. at the offices of Urban Frontier. At this meeting, the Board will consider such other matters that come before the Board.
